On Sunday we went to bear lake for a bit of a change- and I'm glad we did- it was a beautiful day, the first fishing session of a true spring day. Sun shining, rods in the water, and then fish on those rods, nothing really beats it. Dad ended up bagging 5 carp ranging from 3-8 pounds and I caught 2 fish of 7 and 8 pounds, mine were both amazingly well cared for commons and dad caught 3 linear and 2 mirror carp. Overall it was a great session and the best in a while.
